Here is what you need-

1. Form 8 to be completed.

2. ⁠Docs needed:

i) Copy of election card (carry original for verification)

ii) Copy of Aadhaar card

iii) Copy of Rental Agreement, Property Tax *OR* any Utility Bill

3. 2 passport photographs
