This is not exactly in Jayamahal but it is not very far either. Local private e-stamp places can be quite a hassle to deal with and notary service providers can be hard to find.

This e-stamp and notary service place run by this society is quite a hassle-free experience in one place. There are more than 10 certified notary service providers sitting in one hall (not touts). And the e-stamp counter is at the corner of this hall. I have used it and it was a decent experience.
